LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is a free 12-week program designed to help cancer survivors rebuild strength, confidence and connection. The program meets twice a week for 90 minutes, with trained Y staff providing support and exercise at a pace that works for you.

LIVESTRONG® is available at our West Licking County location. Complete an interest form and a certified trainer will reach out to you.
Beginning September 2026, LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA will be available at our Muskingum County branch.
LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is not currently offered at our Licking County location.
LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is free for participants because of community support. Your gift helps more cancer survivors find strength, confidence and connection at the Y.
